Once you have deposited and published your data, the TRR170-DB archive provides a reference note in the blue area that lists authors and name of the dataset.

 

 

The reference box provides different reference styles depending on the guidelines applying for your publication.

Refer to unpublished data

 

The TRR170-DB repository allows access to your dataset before publication (see ‘Get your data published’). You can grant access to your unpublished data via a private URL that you provide to journal reviewers, research partners, etc. If you require a private URL to your data, please get in contact with our support. Depending on the demand of your journal, the URL reference can be non-anonymous or anonymized (for double-blind reviewing). Once your publication has been accepted for publication, we will publish your data. The data draft version is replaced with a ‘V1’. You need to replace the private URL in your draft manuscript with the final DOI, that we will issue. Now you can submit the final version of your manuscript. After issuing a final DOI, we still can do small changes to the dataset such as adding more metadata information, etc. Your DOI will stay the same while the version of your dataset will be upgraded from V1 to V1.1 etc.
